This policy explains what information Agentifiers collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this marketing website only. Work we do for clients is governed by our agreements with those clients.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company
• your company size
• what you are exploring (internal agents or agents in your product)
• your message

You choose what to put in the message. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential business data there. We can collect that later through a more appropriate channel if an engagement needs it.

Server and hosting logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

How the contact form works

We use FormSubmit, a third-party form relay service, to deliver contact form submissions. When you submit the form, your entries are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our inbox by email. FormSubmit processes your submission only to deliver it to us. You can read their privacy terms on their website.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not build advertising profiles or sell access to our visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your message
• understand your workflow and organization so we can scope a possible engagement
• keep a record of our conversation with you

We use server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not use your information for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our hosting provider, our email provider, and FormSubmit. They handle it on our behalf to provide their services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and related email for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship. If we do not end up working together, we delete them when they are no longer useful, and sooner if you ask. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then deleted.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop contacting you
